Exchange Process
Initiating an Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at taggedofficial.id@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Returning the Item

You will be responsible for returning the item to us via your local post office or an instant courier/motorbike delivery service.

Note: Return shipping costs are not covered by us for exchanges due to size changes or preference for a different item.

If you receive a damaged item, we will exchange it for the same item.
